When you arrive at Barkley, more than likely, Kathleen will be the one to greet you. She is the Receptionist for Barkley Memorial Center as well as the Staff Assistant for the Speech-Language and Hearing Clinic. Her responsibilities include directing new arrivals, answering the phone and routing calls, making Audiology appointments, preparing clinic schedules, maintaining client files, handling correspondence to clients, physicians, schools, and other agency representatives. She also prepares clinic forms, brochures, handbooks, newsletters, and manuals for public and student instruction and insures that required data is available for institutional reports and evaluations. Kathleen started at Barkley in June of 1999. In her spare time she enjoys gardening. Her regular hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
