Customer Care, Sphero, Inc

Customer Care is the Account Management function of the Operations Logistics team for retail partners of Sphero, Inc.  I am the main point of contact for buyers and purchasing teams of over 30 companies such as Disney, Bed Bath & Beyond and BestBuy across the United States, Latin/South America, and Australia and New Zealand to ensure their success selling Sphero products.  The role requires that I liaise with the Sales team to deliver on account expectations, work directly with the Operations Logistics team to move the product from the manufacturer to their shelves, and assist the Accounting team with financial reconciliation.
