What is your favorite thing to do in your free time?
I love to exercise and be outside. I really enjoy hiking and other outdoor activities. I also love to craft and I really enjoy baking and cooking.

Best thing about being a CEHS Ambassador:
I love meeting new people and talking about my  love for UNL and my passion for being an elementary school teacher.

Why did you choose to be a CEHS Ambassador?
Since I am from out of state my campus visit ant the people I talked to at UNL really were the reason I chose to come here. I joined ambassadors so I would have the opportunity to share my love for the college and programs with prospective students as well as getting involved with my college and school.

Why did you choose to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln? 
I chose to attend UNL because all the people I met on my campus visit were extremely personable and genuine and I could feel the passion that the students had for UNL as well as the amazing elementary education program that is offered. I loved the people and atmosphere!

If you could be any animal, what would it be and why?
If I could be any animal I could be a sugar glider because they are super cute and cuddly and I would love to fly!

Advice to prospective students:
Find what you are interested in and passionate about and get involved. You will enjoy your college experience so much more if you are involved! There is a club or activity for everyone and it is an awesome way to take a break from studying and meet new people. I did not get involved until my second semester freshman year and it made all the difference in my college experience!
