Why you came to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln:
I came to the University of Nebraska after learning about the teacher education programs offered here. I learned that UNL gets teachers into the classroom in the first couple of semesters to get hands on experience. I also knew that a Big 10 University could give me lots of experiences such as study abroad, clubs, and research.

Favorite thing about being a CEHS Ambassador:
My favorite thing about being a CEHS Ambassador is meeting with prospective students every week. I naturally love to meet new people and get excited to hear about each student’s story and then in turn share my own story about UNL.

Advice to prospective students:
My advice to prospective students is wherever you end up, get involved on your University’s campus. Getting involved will help you transition to this new stage in life and help your college feel like a home away from home.
