Criminal Background Check Information
All students
completing student teaching during the fall, 2007 semester or after
will be required to have a criminal history/ background check completed
prior to their student teaching experience. A fee will be attached
to student teaching for this purpose. Students are also responsible
for completing a self-disclosure form prior to any practicum experience
in which the student participates. The applications for acceptance
into the teacher education program and into student teaching also
require completion of this form.
