Do you have a bachelors degree but want to get a masters degree and certification in FCS? Are you already a certified FCS teacher but want a masters degree?

Students in this program will:

• Study education theory and methods
• Study content in nutrition, parenting, family financial management, and other content
• Gain experience in working with adolescents
• Interact with educators in Nebraska through conferences and other groups
• Earn a Nebraska secondary teaching certificate in Family and Consumer Sciences

Prepare for a career as a:

• Family and Consumer Sciences teacher (grades 7-12)
• Extension educator
• 4-H assistant
• Curriculum specialist
• Service unit educator
• Human resources professional in government, business or industry
