Lab Enrollment Information

Enrolling your child at the Ruth Staples Child Development Lab is an easy process. Your child will enjoy the caring environment and the focus on positive developmental learning.

The Enrollment Process

1. Print off the Application Form below or call (402) 472-1675 to have an Application Form mailed to you.

2. Fill out the Application Form and return to Izetta Jones, 143 CDL, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Lincoln, NE 68588-0830. The application will be filed in the Application File by the date received.

3. As near as possible, enrollment in each class is balanced between boys and girls and the ages between 2 and 5.

4. When an opening appropriate for your child's age and gender comes up, you will be called and offered the available space.

5. If you accept that opening for your child, an enrollment packet will be mailed to you.

6. When you receive the packet, fill out all the enrollment forms and mail back to us with all required signatures by the designated date, along with the first tuition payment.

7. Enrollment will be finalized when ALL information and signatures have been filled in on the enrollment forms and the first tuition payment has been made.
