Effective September 1st, 2007

1) All Non Resident PhD students must complete 6 hours of coursework on campus at market driven tuition rate during the process of satisfying their program of studies.

2) Each Non Resident PhD students are required to present his/her dissertation proposal to their supervisory committee in person.

3) Each Non Resident PhD students is encouraged to travel to the campus to present his/her program of studies to their committee and to defend her/his completed dissertation before their supervisory committee.
