Step I: Application to the Office of Graduate Studies
For full information and completion of the application forms contact the Office of Graduate Studies at the following address or website:

***Graduate Studies requires online submission of the application. Printed forms are not accepted***

Needed for completion of the Graduate Studies application:

1. Application fee
2. Two official copies of college/university transcripts
3. Demonstrate English proficiency (if your native language is not English) by providing at least one of the following:
        •  paper-based TOEFL score of at least 500
        •  computer-based TOEFL score of at least 173
        •  IELTS score of at least 6.0

*Please allow 7-10 days for your Graduate Studies online application to reach the department.

Step II: Application to the Department of Educational Administration

The application to the Department of Educational Administration is submitted to:
