Our administrative degree programs prepare you to be a proactive educational leader who can and will improve schools for the youth of the nation. You will learn about school culture, constructing learning communities, leading an organization, staff and faculty appraisal, school finance, school law, instructional leadership and how to work with the community.

You will be able to plot your growth through the Professional School Leaders Portfolio, a unique online database used to document how you have met standards for administrative leadership.

When you are ready to assume the administrative leadership, you will have a wealth of material and colleagues to support you.
