Educational Administration - Higher Education Administration Master of Arts (M.A.)

The MA degree with a Higher Education Administration focus is an online program designed to serve the needs of those already employed at a college or university and who seek to advance their career in administration. In just four regular semesters and two summer sessions, part-time students can complete the degree.

Courses in the online program are taught by full-time UNL faculty and UNL administrators with affiliate faculty status based on their specific areas of administrative expertise.

Graduates of the program are prepared to advance their careers in areas such as student affairs, enrollment management, advising, and student engagement.

The MA degree with a Higher Education Administration focus is an online program. In accordance with the U.S. Department of Education's new regulation (34 C.F.R.ยง 600.9) regarding legal authorization to provide postsecondary education through distance or correspondence education in a state in which it is not physically located or in which it is otherwise subject to State jurisdiction as determined by the state, the University of Nebraska monitors developments in state laws in every state.
