If you are interested in living on campus at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, go to http://www.unl.edu/housing/ On-campus housing often is more convenient than off-campus options, but it is more expensive. In many cases visiting scholars find off-campus living to be affordable because they can share costs and … be independent.

Commuter Student Services of the Association of Students of the University of Nebraska (ASUN) provides resources for off-campus students such as housing guides, apartment listings, help finding roommates and other general information about living off campus. In addition, ASUN's Student Legal Services can provide help with landlord/tenant issues. This site is highly recommended: http://www.unl.edu/asun/

The downtown Lincoln Association online housing database will guide you to your “home of choice”. Enter the rent price and you will get a list of available apartments: http://www.downtownlincoln.org/downtown_living/index.asp
