Su Presents at 11th Chinese Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Conference in China.

Dr. Qiaozhu Su, an assistant professor in the Department of Nutrition and Health Sciences at UNL was invited by the Chinese Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology to present her research work at the 11th Chinese Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Scientific Conference held on August 21-23, 2014,  Xiamen, China.

The title of Dr. Su’s talk was, “Lipoprotein metabolism, mitochondrial and ER stress in the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome.” This conference traditionally gathers renowned scientists, professors, and research professionals from across the globe under a single roof to discuss novel research findings and cutting edge scientific concepts in the field. This is one of the top scientific events in China with about 1,500 attendees.
