College of Education and Human Sciences

Strengthening the lives of individuals, families, schools and communities

Research

Within the seven departments and centers that make up our College, you will find faculty and students leading nationally recognized research across a broad range of interests.

Our research and creative work helps to inform our outreach and teaching missions. Our faculty, staff and students receive national and international recognition for advancing knowledge, discovering solutions to critical societal problems, developing professionals for the field, and enhancing the lives of individuals, families, schools, and communities.

We combine the strengths of a research and land-grant university by emphasizing both the creation of new knowledge and its application to human and community needs.
