CEHS Hot Chocolate Event
CEHS Student Advisory Board members handed out free hot chocolate to students in the City Campus Union on a couple of days in December 2019. This event promoted CEHS to students on campus and served as a "thank you!" to our current students who stopped by!
Peer Network Program Dinner 2019
The CEHS Student Advisory Board runs the Peer Network Program, a mentorship program designed for first year students at UNL in CEHS, during each fall semester. This dinner was a celebration of another successful fall program!
CEHS Welcome Event 2019
At the beginning of each fall semester, CEHS Student Advisory Board sponors a college-wide welcome event to welcome new students to the college and returning students, faculty, and staff back for another year. In 2019 the event included free food, free t-shirts, info about international experiences, free raffle items, and information about how to get involved in student organizations in the college.
CEHS Health Promotion - Blender Bikes Events!
CEHS Student Advisory Board members held two events during the month of April 2019 to promote general healthy habits on campus. With the help of Nebraska Extension and the Nutrition Education Program smoothie samples were made and handed out using the Blender Bikes along with our CEHS shaker bottles!
Malone Community Center Painting
CEHS Student Advisory Board members spent their Friday evening re-painting some of the walls at the Clyde Malone Community Center. CEHS SAB has an ongoing service relationship with the Malone Center and continues to support the new partnership between UNL, CEHS, and the Malone Center.
Holiday Wreaths for People's City Mission
CEHS Student Advisory Board members put together some wreaths for PCM's holiday fundraiser as part of the new members' first meeting!
CEHS Holiday Book Drive
Thank you to all of our generous donors for contributing to the CEHS Holiday Book Drive benefitting the Malone Community Center. CEHS is proud to partner with the Malone Center and hopes to continue its successful partnership for the betterment of Lincoln youth!
CEHS Welcome Event 2018
Thanks to everyone who joined us for our Welcome Event in the East Campus Union on September 4th! Free food, prizes, and information about how you can get involved with CEHS! Look for us next year in the City Campus Union on September 3, 2019!
