The Sports and Exercise Nutrition Lab in the Department of Nutrition and Health Sciences at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is seeking participants for a research study.

This study is designed to determine how exercise affects food choices. Participants will be asked to conduct an exercise test and a supervised exercise session, fill out surveys regarding their eating habits, health, food preferences, physical activity, food choices and appetite, and log their activity for one week.

Participants should be between 19-29 or 65-75 years old, at a healthy weight, non-smoking, be in good overall health, and able to bike for 45 minutes.
