- Two Official transcripts (from each college or university, minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 point scale)
- Graduate Record Examination Results
- TOEFL Scores (International Students Only) (minimum: 550-paper; 213-computer; 79-internet based)
- Financial Resource Certification (International Students Only)

- A letter of Application (describe career interests)
- Three Letters of Recommendation
- Statement of Educational Goals
- Graduate Assistantship Application with Resume (Required only if applying for Department Graduate Assistantship)
- A disk copy of your portfolio for textile design and apparel design applicants.
- For PhD on-line application for Graduate Admission you must select Human Sciences (PhD) under Degree/Major Sought and then TXCD-Textiles, Clothing and Design under Area of Specialization.
