F. ADDITIONAL STATE REQUIREMENTS (Not to be included in Program of Studies)

For Nebraska administrative certification and endorsement, students must also satisfy additional state requirements, including but not limited to eligibility for a standard teaching certificate, satisfactory scores on the Pre-Professional Skills Test, academic preparation in special education, college or university training in human relations, and two years of successful teaching experience at the appropriate grade level.

Also, those seeking PreK-12 endorsement, or endorsement at a different level from which they were prepared for teaching, must complete a minimum of nine graduate semester credit hours of additional coursework beyond the thirty-six required for the principal endorsement at the level at which they were prepared to teach. The nine credit hours shall include preparation appropriate for the additional level.
