The goal of the TCMasters is to provide an ideal learning experience for all students. Providing quality technical support is part of this. *Before contacting technical support, check your course under course listings to determine how it is being taught and whether there are any special directions. Typically the student needs to log on in order to begin the course. Lotus Notes technical support: Lotus Notes is used in most courses offered in the TCMasters program. If you are taking a Lotus Notes course, you will receive the complementary program in the mail. You will then need to load the program on your computer. If you are having difficulties loading, or have loaded but cannot replicate, contact technical support.
