Trouble Ticket System
Our staff can provide answers and solutions to most common computing problems that may occur. If you experience computer problems, have trouble printing, need a computer moved, require a software upgrade, or technical support issues, we can help.
If you require assistance, please use our online Web Help Desk system to generate a support ticket. Once the Web Help Desk ticket has been created someone will be in touch with you regarding the ticket as soon as possible. You can also call 2-0096 for assistance.

Computer Setup and Installation
When a new computer arives a ticket is generated automatically so that tech support staff are alerted. They will install/upgrade any needed software on it and prepare it for installation in your office. When it is ready they will contact you to setup a time to install it, transfer files from your old computer, and provide any initial training that may be required to operate the new computer.
Software Install and Upgrades
You may contact us to get software on your computer installed or updated. While some softeware is free or we have license agreements to install it on all computers, other program may require to be purchased before we can install it on your computer.
Operating System upgrades or refreshes are complex operations that require extra time to setup and install and in some cases, additional hardware or software may need to be purchased to complete the install. Contact support staff for more information.
