How can you help?
Families pay $150 for a semester of tutoring ($100 for summer sessions). This tuition supports the ongoing costs of providing services. We are committed to making our services available to all families, including those in financial need. To that end, we have established a Scholarship Fund to provide 50%-80% of the tuition for those students that qualify. In the past, we have awarded between 4 and 14 scholarships per semester.
If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to the UNL Reading Center Scholarship Fund, you may print out the Donation Form and mail it in with your contribution.
We also gladly accept donations of new or used (in good condition) children's books for our library. Donations of money to purchase new books at specific reading levels are also greatly appreciated. Please use the Donation Form for these contributions as well.
Please call us with any questions you might have about donating to the UNL Reading Center.
