"The Avalon project will mount digital documents relevant to the fields of Law, History, Economics, Politics, Diplomacy and Government..."
The Avalon project website, in association with Yale University, offers the visitor an interesting way to view and compare documents. The website's strongest, and most interesting feature lies in its design, which is the ability to view documents side by side for comparison. Utilizing frames, the visitor is able to compare many historical documents which serves to more easily view similarities and differences. This feature is an interesting, and helpful way to view these early documents.

“Using appealing, full-color illustrations, and engaging activities, this site will extend your learning in the basics about the American federal government. …”
Congress for Kids gives you access to interactive, fun-filled experiences designed to help students learn about the foundation of our federal government and how its actions affect them. Although its primary design is for students in grades fourth through high school, other students, teachers, parents, and interested citizens will find helpful, engaging activities, there for them as well. Some of the areas covered on this site are the Declaration of Independence, writing the Constitution, the three branches of government, making laws, and impeachment. This website is interactive as it includes a brief tour of the government, as well as quizzes which are set to the Jeopardy theme song.
