The College of Education and Human Sciences Student Advisory Board is committed to the importance of diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the College and Student Advisory Board function. In order to accommodate all types of students and make accessibility to the organization more readily available to students we are shifting to a year-round application process. This means that current UNL CEHS students can apply to Student Advisory Board at ANY TIME convenient for them.

The College of Education and Human Sciences Student Advisory Board is a registered student organization that serves as a liaison between students and the college deans, faculty and staff. The role of this board is to provide the student perspective regarding curriculum, college climate, and issues affecting students.
The CEHS Student Advisory Board seeks hard-working, responsible individuals who are interesting in both the well being of the college and in developing and implementing activities that enhance students’ experience.
Those eligible for CEHS SAB membership must meet minimum requirements to be considered as a candidate for selection to the CEHS SAB. CEHS SAB requirements for candidates are:
1) An undergraduate student enrolled or declared in the College of Education and Human Sciences (matriculated).
2) Student is in good standing in the College of Education and Human Sciences and the University of Nebraska (2.5 or C+ average during the previous semester).
Students at the undergraduate level are not subject to a term limit. Undergraduates who are accepted and stay in good standing with the board are members until their graduation from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln OR until they choose to terminate membership.
Fall 2020 meetings will be every other Thursday from 7:00-8:00PM in the City Campus Union/JGMC, Unity Room

Meeting attendance is mandatory.
