Maria is responsible for:  Support and administration required to execute the company’s initiatives successfully. Assist in developing team members to ensure TAFS culture and mission are consistently presented. Counsel all levels of the organization on HR strategies, policy management, recruitment, retention, employee relations, employee training and development, engagement, performance management and employee leaves. Maintain organization’s staff by assisting with recruiting and interviewing, while counseling managers on candidate selection. Collaborate with management to analyze, plan and implement projects that drive operational performance and meet goals. Manage the maintenance of personnel records and ensure regulatory compliance with training and staffing.
