Premium Food and Beverage Manager, SAVOR... Lincoln | Pinnacle Bank Arena
My responsibility includes overseeing all premium food and beverage areas of the Pinnacle Bank Arena, including 36 suites and 20 loge boxes, premium bars, club level and overseeing all catering operations in the arena. I serve as the main point of contact for all food and beverage needs for Suite and Loge owners. I am responsible for hiring and training all Premium staff members and creating and implementing policies and procedures for these staff members. I coordinate and facilitate the VIP experience at Pinewood Bowl Amphitheatre. I also represent SAVOR… as a traveling manager.
