5th annual Glow Big Red celebration is Feb. 15 – 16

The College of Education and Human Sciences invites its supporters to “Glow All In” during Glow Big Red — 24 Hours of Husker Giving on Feb. 15-16, 2023.

Glow Big Red is the university’s annual giving event during which students, alumni, faculty, staff and the Husker community at large come together to support scholarships, colleges and programs, student groups and activities, inclusion, mental health and other important causes.

The funding campaigns available to support the College of Education and Human Sciences are:

• The CEHS Cares Fund supports CEHS students facing hardship(s) and sustains them on their path to graduation Give
• The CEHS International Fund supports work that addresses complex issues encountered by individuals, families, schools and communities near and far, in places like Brazil, Germany, Greece, India, New Zealand, South Korea and others. Give
• The CEHS Student Scholarships/Fellowships Fund will facilitate access and success for undergraduate and graduate students in the college. Give

Make your gift at go.unl.edu/giveCEHS any time before noon on Feb. 16. If CEHS reaches 225 donors by the end of Glow Big Red, and additional $18,000 will be unlocked to support CEHS programming that helps young children thrive, increases access to health and wellness services, and fosters strong communities.

Those who make a gift of $60 or more will receive a reversible Husker bucket hat created exclusively for Glow Big Red 2023.

In a true reflection of Husker spirit, the 2022 Glow Big Red campaign set a campaign record. A total of $598,575 was raised during the 24-hour period with Husker faithful representing every U.S. state and six nations giving to UNL.

Glow Big Red started in 2019 in recognition of the university’s 150th anniversary.
