The Nebraska Center for Research on Children, Youth, Families and Schools invites you to a Creating Connections presentation from Dennis and Victoria Molfese, Chancellor’s Professors at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The free, public presentation will take place April 2, 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Nebraska Union on UNL’s City Campus.

Dennis Molfese is internationally recognized as an expert on the use of brain recording techniques to study the emerging relationships among brain development, language, and cognitive processes, including their applications to educational settings and issues. In addition to serving as a Chancellor's Professor in the psychology department, Molfese directs UNL’s Brain Imaging Center and its Developmental Neuroscience Laboratory.

Victoria Molfese is a Chancellor’s Professor in Child, Youth, and Family Studies and a collaborator in UNL’s Developmental Neuroscience Laboratory. She is internationally recognized as an expert on cognitive development in infants, children, and adults. Her recent work has focused on preschool teacher-student interactions and links between early reading and math skills.
