HSDO builds entrepreneurial skills with gift basket sales for Student Appreciation Week

14 Feb 2014

Students in the Hospitality, Restaurant and Tourism Management program are getting some hands-on entrepreneurial experience as they also raise funds to support the Hospitality Student Development Organization. HSDO is offering appreciation baskets for sale to celebrate Student Worker Appreciation Week, Apr. 14-18.

The baskets include 28 items such as beef jerky, pretzels, red bull, easy-mac, airheads or trail mix plus the additional option to add a gift card! Baskets are $30 and designed to show student workers how much they are appreciated. Orders made by Mar. 28th are guaranteed to deliver the week of Apr. 14-18, 2014.

Specific gift cards are available to Raising Cane's, Starbucks, Chipotle or Juice Stop and can be added for the additional amount of the card. Student Worker Appreciation Baskets will be delivered to a specified campus location (east or city) during the week of Apr. 14–18.  If you have any questions please contact Shannon Rowen, HSDO Faculty Advisor at SRowen2@unl.edu or 402-472-3097.
