Mountains & Ghosts: New Ikat Tapestries & Prints
December 2, 2013 – January 17, 2014
Large-scale ikat tapestry diptychs, small format tapestry vignettes, and framed collagraphic monoprints on paper, explore the archetypal symbol of the trinity. This classic symbol – expressed as pyramid, triangle and temple – is the recognizable visual metaphor for this body of new work, invoking landscape, geometry and sacred space.
