Samuelson earns Staff Council Staff Star Award

Staff Council congratulates Rosanne Samuelson who is the most recent recipient of the Staff Star Award. Samuelson is an Administrative Support Associate in the Textiles, Merchandising, and Fashion Design Department

Samuelson’s nominator said this about her:

"Not a week goes by that she doesn't take the initiative on some project or activity, and she never fails to follow through . . . on a task or on a deadline. Her organizational skills, her almost total recall going back several decades, and her ability to anticipate needs and prepare for them are exceptional. She's extremely committed to the success of the department and its members, to the point that she will come in for an important meeting during a vacation week, without being asked to attend. She keeps the bar raised very high for all of us, and we all value the contributions she makes to our team operation on a continual basis."
