The University began using MyRed (student information database) in fall 2009. MyRed is where students can access the course catalog, register for courses, update personal information, and access student billing information. MyRed is where faculty can view course rosters at any time after registration has begun and submit grades.

At the start of the semester, please log on to & follow these steps to make sure you have access to your course information:

  • Click on the employee tab
  • Click “self-service”
  • See if “Faculty Center” appears. If not, notify the Office Supervisor immediately.
  • If you have “Faculty Center”, click on “Class Roster” to make sure your students appear.
