The Department Chair and/or Office Supervisor will assign graduate teaching assistants office space before the start of the academic year. This is temporary office space and will be shared with other graduate assistants. Student materials must be kept in a locked file cabinet which needs to be arranged with the supervising faculty member or the Office Supervisor. Personal belongings should be removed at the end of the academic year, and all course materials returned to the supervising faculty member at the end of the semester.
