Compensation
Placement on the = faculty=20 salary schedule is based on an individual assessment = of=20 education and experience. Salary is negotiable = depending upon=20 qualifications; salary is for an academic year (173 = days) and=20 as may be adjusted according to the faculty bargained=20 agreement. Working hours are usually Monday through = Friday=20 between 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with some evening advising = and=20 other flexible hours as needed.
