  • Complete internship application (submitted through DICAS)
  • Complete graduate college application and successful admission to the graduate college
  • Grade point average - A GPA of 3.0 or higher is required
  • Personal Statement
  • Compatibility of applicants' goals with the goals of the program
  • Work experience
  • Professional Potential and Characteristics (i.e. leadership roles, volunteerism, professional activities)
  • References
  • GRE scores (Institution code = 6877; to obtain Department code, type in the word 'Nutrition,' then select 0214.)
