New Books on Vitamins Published by Taylor and Francis with Contributions from NGN Director

The NGN Director, Dr. Janos Zempleni, has edited the new edition of the prestigious Handbook of Vitamins. This leading text on vitamin biochemistry and nutrition is now in its fifth edition, and names Drs. John W. Suttie (University of Wisconsin at Madison), Jesse F. Gregory III (University of Florida, Gainesville), and Patrick J. Stover (Cornell University, Ithaca) as co-editors. Dr. Zempleni also contributed a chapter on gene regulation by biotin to another reference text, Vitamin-binding Proteins: Functional Consequences (edited by Drs. Krishnamurti Dakshinamurti and Shyamala Dakshinamurti, University of Manitoba, Canada).
