Nine SECD faculty, staff among Service Award honorees

Nine members of the Department of Special Education and Communication Disorders are among the nearly 1,000 faculty and staff being recognized as part of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's Celebration of Service on Sept. 18.

Faculty and staff receive Service Awards for every five years of service to the university. The Celebration of Service features an awards ceremony to honor employees celebrating 45- and 50-year work anniversaries, followed by a picnic open to all university employees.

The individuals from SECD who are receiving 2019 Service Awards include:

30 years
