Barbara Byrne, Barbara Byrne, professor Emeritus at the University of Ottawa, presented, "Testing for Measurement Equivalence across Multiple Cultures: Many Problems and Few Solutions" as part of the Department of Educational Psychology's Century Speaker Series.
