The goal of these workshops was to improve parents’ mealtime feeding practices and to increase children’s exposure to, and consumption of fruits and vegetables.

“I have learned through interaction with kids during this visit that our research is highly applicable; children – even at preschool age – could understand that fruits and vegetables are important and could be engaged in nutrition education activities. Also, this made me feel the importance of that type of research and application of research through Extension in the field of Nutrition Education.”- Maha Elkrakaiby
