Research Interests: how teacher well-being influences stress and turnover in the early childhood workforce, mainly revolving around the role of self-compassion in teacher burnout/stress and the effectiveness of mindfulness-based interventions; how different aspects of workplace affect early childhood teacher well-being, particularly the role of family-school partnership in the overall experience of stress in early childhood teachers.
