Husker students craft holiday window display for Sapahn: A blend of visual merchandising and consumer research

A group of students taking a course in the Department of Textiles, Merchandising, and Fashion Design (TMFD) embraced a unique challenge. Under the guidance of Associate Professor Jennifer Johnson Jorgensen, these students in TMFD 413/813 Merchandising III were tasked with creating a captivating holiday window display for Sapahn's brick-and-mortar store.

Meet a Husker: Don Johnson

Don Johnson is an assistant professor of practice in the Department of Educational Administration. After becoming a first-generation college graduate with his bachelor’s degree, he went on to earn both a master’s and a doctorate in educational administration. Prior to joining the faculty at Nebraska last fall, Johnson was an administrator at Fort Calhoun Public Schools, serving 20 years as secondary school principal before spending 10 years as superintendent.
