I taught in public school for 2 years, college for 12 years, wrote online high school curriculum for 5 years, and served as TRIO/Student Support Services Director since 2001.
UNL set me on a path of growth in education that eventually led to my becoming a director of a $2.5 million per year grant program that promotes academic success for low-income, first-generation, and disabled students at UNL.
