NPOD 5th Annual Symposium 2019 - Registration Form

REGISTRATION IN ADVANCE IS REQUIRED

While there is no fee to attend the symposium, registration in advance is required. To register, complete the on-line registration below. Space is limited so early registration is recommended with registrations accepted on a first come basis until all seats are filled. Registrations will close September 6, or earlier if all spaces are filled prior to that date. YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE CONFIRMED BY EMAIL. Directions:  Only capitalize the first letter of your first and last name, and the first letter of each word as appropriate.  The information YOU ENTER will be used to print your nametag. 

FOR POSTER PRESENTERS:

Space is limited so the maximum width of your poster should be no more than 48 inches. 

All posters should be hung prior to 2:30 when judging begins.  T pins will be provided.   

2:00        Judging begins.

3:30        Winners will be announced and awards presented in the Sheldon’s Great Hall.

Take down your poster following the awards announcement.

 Posters will be judged on:

• overall presentation
• oral discussion of the poster
• scientific merit
