Students, faculty, staff celebrate CEHS Week April 24 – 28

Students, faculty and staff in the College of Education and Human Sciences will celebrate CEHS Week, April 24 – 28, 2023. The CEHS Student Advisory Board has planned a number of activities for the college throughout the week.

 Tuesday, April 25

• Cold Brew Coffee, CPEH 135, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• Department Chair Chase Social Media Contest, 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • CEHS Students are encouraged to snap a photo with a CEHS department chair and post it to social media using #CEHSWEEK. Students will receive a coupon for FREE Dairy Store ice cream for participating, and the social media post will enter students for more prizes!
• CEHS Reception with Dr. Walter Gilliam, CPEH 227, 3 – 4:30 p.m.

Wednesday, April 26

• Cold Brew Coffee, BKC 228, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• Wellness Wednesday, CPEH 222, 3 – 4 p.m.
  • CEHS students are invited to come and connect with other students while painting rocks!

Thursday, April 27

• Cold Brew Coffee, LEV 110, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• CEHS SWAG in CPEH First Floor Lobby, 10 a.m. – Noon
• Retirement Party for Dr. Marilyn Grady, CPEH 227, 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. 

Friday, April 28

• Annual CEHS Awards Celebration, Nebraska East Union, 10:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
