Mission and Vision

The Hospitality, Restaurant and Tourism Management (HRTM) program will prepare professionals for hospitality leadership positions through a management based, leadership focused, experience driven hospitality program. Our program is recognized as a leader in hospitality, restaurant and tourism education by students, parents, industry professionals and alumni for the quality of the program and its graduates.

The Department of Nutrition Sciences offers a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Hospitality, Restaurant & Tourism Management and Master of Science (MS) in Tourism Management.
