Avery Anderson-Baer is a dedicated Recruitment & Outreach Specialist for the Department of Educational Administration (EDAD) at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. With a background in higher education, consulting, coaching, and athletics, Avery brings a dynamic approach to leadership development, student engagement, and organizational growth.
Passionate about the intersection of sports and leadership development, Avery is committed to helping students and professionals navigate their educational and career paths. His experience in coaching and consulting has equipped him with the skills to foster strong relationships, develop strategic outreach initiatives, and create impactful learning experiences.
