The successful candidates will provide supervised clinical care and conduct program development/research initiatives in our state-of-the-art outpatient settings, integrated pediatric subspecialty care settings, and our expanded school mental health program.  In order to provide the best training experience, each fellowship is customized to the fellow's identified, unique educational goals, including what types of patients they wish to see in outpatient settings and in which pediatric subspecialties they are trained. Fellows in this track participate in clinical research as members of the Innovation in Child Mental Health Care Delivery Lab.

Additional responsibilities for all fellows include participation in didactics and at least 2 hours of weekly individual supervision. Fellows also provide clinical supervision of junior trainees and multidisciplinary clinical staff.  Fellowships are designed so that fellows can pursue careers in patient care, teaching, research, and administration.  In addition, the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Division anticipates faculty opportunities for graduating fellows over the next 5 years.
