The Dirksen Center for Neurobehavioral Health invites applications for a 2-year postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology.  Patients are referred with a variety of medical conditions; about 50% of referrals are made to evaluate for ASD, ADHD, developmental delay, or learning disorder without underlying medical factors.  Opportunities for independent research as well as individual and family-based psychotherapy and provision of parent education/training are available but are not a required component of the fellowship. This position includes at least one hour of weekly individual, in-person supervision as well as didactic components that are tailored to meet individual needs and interests.  Fellows also have the option to join weekly staff consultation meetings and monthly journal clubs.  Compensation is competitive.  Anticipated start date is flexible.

The Dirksen Center (https://dirksencenter.com/is a well-established and growing practice focused on assessment and treatment of patients 18 months-23 years located in Arlington Heights, IL, a near-northwest suburb of Chicago.  DCN staff includes 5 doctoral-level psychologists (3 neuropsychologists), technicians, administrative staff, and practice managers.
