About these Positions: Elevated Insights Assessment (EIA) is proud to offer two postdoctoral positions in psychological assessment. Specialty tracks are offered in bilingual (English/Spanish) assessment, early childhood assessment, and general assessment all with a strong emphasis in autism testing. These positions are fulltime 40-hours per week. 

EIA provides scientifically-grounded and culturally-responsive psychological evaluation services to meet the needs of children and families in Denver and surrounding areas. EIA is seeking two postdoctoral candidates working towards licensure who have experience with a range of diagnostic evaluation services including psychoeducational, cognitive/IQ, adaptive, ADHD, executive functioning, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and social emotional functioning. We employ a collaborative approach in working with families, schools, and communities and are looking for individuals who are passionate about assessment and eager to work and grow within a supportive group practice.

Expected Hours of Work: This is a fulltime position. Postdoctoral candidate is expected to complete 112 billable hours of service per month (110 billable hours for bilingual candidates) in addition to completing the hours necessary to complete other duties and responsibilities. “Billable hours” means time spent billing a client for services performed. Postdoctoral candidates are required to attend didactic trainings along with weekly team meetings that occur on Mondays at 11:30 and followed by clinical case presentations and consultations until 1:00 pm. Postdoctoral candidates are required to participate in weekly 1:1 supervision in addition to seeking supervision/consultation as needed outside of billable hours and team meetings. Bilingual postdoctoral candidates are also required to attend weekly Spanish speaking consultation groups.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Conduct intakes and design testing batteries based on referral questions and history.

• Administer, score, interpret, and report results of a variety of standardized assessment measures for individuals aged 18+ months through adulthood.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Utilize company tools (OneDrive, Emails/Calendars, EMR, Documents) to ensure documentation, tracking and communication is maintained.

• Participate in and attend didactics and internal trainings, team meetings, and supervision.

• Bilingual (E/S) candidates will receive specialized training in administration of bilingual and Spanish measures as well as participate within a Spanish consultation group.

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree in clinical, counseling, or school psychology.

• Working towards licensure in the state of Colorado.

• Committed to serving the underserved with a strong foundation in diversity and cultural responsiveness.

• Understanding of ADA, IDEA, 2E, and special education services including IEP, BIP, and 504-Plans.

• In good standing with and registered with the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)

• Has attended a formal training in the ADOS-2.

• Knowledge and experience in cognitive, ADHD, ASD, and LD diagnostic evaluations.

• Work collaboratively with clients and transdisciplinary providers including educators, therapists, doctors, case workers, advocates, etc. to inform and support assessment services.

• Work collaboratively with the EIA team to promote communication and cohesion.

• Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism.

• Maintain professional competence by pursuing opportunities for continuing education.

Compensation & Benefits: Postdoctoral salary is $58,000 with a $2,000 bilingual stiped for qualified candidates, health/insurance benefits including retirement, $300 professional development stipend, private parking, specialized consultation/supervision groups, malpractice insurance, holiday and paid time off (80 hours + 24 hours for EPPP).
