Salary: Competitive – $120,000-$160,000

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Administration of psychological, neuropsychological, and psychoeducational tests, documentation of behavioral observations, and compilation of comprehensive reports, assessing for complex, comorbid presentations
  • Supervision and training of postdoctoral and neuropsychological trainees
  • Effective, efficient, and timely verbal communication and professional writing
  • Ability to work under pressure to prioritize workload, manage simultaneous tasks, and meet deadlines within a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Motivated self-starter with positive attitude, flexibility, and enterprising spirit, with strong team ethic and ability to take ownership of responsibilities
  • Administrative tasks related to managing a psychology practice and performance of other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • Active and valid license to practice psychology
  • 3+ years of assessment experience
  • Exceptional clinical customer service with children, adolescents, and adults
  • Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills and detail orientation
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently to meet goals and deadlines
  • Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams, establishing and maintaining strong and effective working relationships

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Demonstrated expertise in psychological assessment and clinical work with high-complexity, high-acuity cases, including mood, anxiety, personality, trauma-related, psychotic, developmental, and other psychiatric disorders
  • Bilingual proficiency
