The Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences invites applications for a postdoctoral clinical research fellowship with emphasis on obsessive-compulsive disorder, and related conditions. Under the mentorship of Drs. Eric Storch, Amanda Palo, Andy Wiese, Caitlin Pinciotti, and Allie Townsend, the fellowship will provide training in evidence-based treatment for OCD and related disorders in a specialized context. Multiple positions are available with a wide range of training opportunities, including specialized training in exposure and response prevention for OCD and related disorders across the lifespan. Available positions include 100% clinical, and 50% clinical with 50% research positions. Research will include participation in funded studies in the lab focused on innovative assessment and treatment methods for pediatric OCD, autism, anxiety, and misophonia, among other populations. The fellow will also have opportunities to provide tiered supervision to more junior trainees. The fellow will be encouraged to contribute to the lab’s strong research and publication record. Grant writing opportunities are also available and encouraged.

Applicants should have completed their doctoral degree (inclusive of successful dissertation defense, and APA/CPA accredited internship) by the start of employment. This fellowship track meets the licensure requirements for Clinical Psychologists in the State of Texas. The fellow is encouraged to pursue licensure in Texas during the year. Applicants must come from an APA- or CPA-Accredited clinical, counseling, or school doctoral psychology training programs. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement of this fellowship.
